The Village of Waterville was awarded a Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan from the NYS Department of State Environmental Protection Fund. The Village is currently seeking proposals from experienced consultants to facilitate development and adoption of an updated Comprehensive Plan. To view the full RFP, click here.
